The sun is shining from the morning on the southeast launch and Stranik's peak is empty and deserted. Only after ten a.m. comes Karel Vrbensky to try the morning thermals and he does turn in ten minutes 500 metres above the launch. But shortly before eleven he is sitting on the meadows of Teplicka and the strengthen wind is then starting to rip the yellow clouds of pollen dust from the forests of surrounding hills.
The briefing is delayed to afternoon today because of the frontal cloudiness coming from the southwest, but at 12:00 is the sky so dark, that there is nothing else to do than to move under the roof of the hangar.

"You've lost in the hockey yesterday, eh?" is Marcel Konecny teasing the Czech part of the competitors shortly after his late arrival from Ostrava and he is flapping his Slovakian passport triumphantly. He doesn't even shut the door of his car and it start to rain. Over the good intention to fly is winning even better intention to stuff ourselves with brynza gnocchi and today is announced as a non competitive day.
Tomorrow's briefing is at 11:00 again and people are counting on the fast change of front in today's night. After tomorrow there is only Saturday being left for flying only one valid discipline of this competition.
