"Even my grandma told us the wires will run everywhere but nothing will work," Marcel Konecny remembers his Slovak grandmother in the morning. And because the memories of Tomas Fussganger, a guardian of Stranik hill, are probably the same, he arranged starting a wireless internet connection up on Saturday already. Michal Orolin reports (wirelessly as well) strong north-eastern wind at a speed of 12m/s from the top of Martinske hole shortly before ten and maybe Marcel's grandma is turning in her grave now. Everything works well. Nothing remains but to wait until the wind will slow down in the afternoon and to rely on a thermal activity above southern slopes of the hill.

Organisers declare 37 kilometers long task southward at noon and the goal is located in Pruzina village. Even though the starting window is open at 1 p.m. already, the overcast sky softens the thermal activity and the eastern wind makes a taking off impossible. Only two hours later Tomas Bernat shows all of the pilots the right moment, in contrast to the others he falls into bushes under the taking off point unfortunately. As it proves later, this is the best today's interval and about ten pilots fly away finally. But the low number of them overfly the minimum distance and that's why today's task can't be valid. The second day comes to the end without any points again.
